Of course. The teacher will explain anything you don´t understand in English for as long as is necessary, but don´t worry because you´ll soon be able to express yourself in Italian.


You can pay for your Italian classes by Pay Pal or by bank transfer (email: info@www.italianoallegro.com so that we can email you the payment form). Once ItalianoAllegro have received payment, you will receive an email in less than 24 hours confirming the start of your classes.


Once payment has been made, in less than 24 hours ItalianoAllegro will email you confirming the day and time of the first class you have reserved.


A language can only be maintained at upper-intermediate level through regular practice. What we recommend most in these cases is to use the free trial class (30 minutes) that ItalianoAllegro offers so that the teacher can evaluate your level of Italian and design a program for you.


No you don´t. You just need to have a few basic skills. The Skype program is very simple (if you like you can download its tutorial).

No, it is not necessary. You do not need a Paypal account to make the purchase. Bank transfer is acceptable. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please email ItalianoAllegro for bank details. Please note that bank transfers may take 2-3 working days.

No. This class is 55 minutes long, is completely free, and is so you can get to know the teacher and try out ItalianoAllegro methodology without any commitment. So if you decide that ItalianoAllegro service does not meet your needs there is no problem.


Yes, during the classes the student will receive texts in Italian (news items, articles, interviews, song lyrics, transcriptions of videos etc.) on which the teacher and student will work together. Moreover, at the end of each class homework will be set for the student so that you can practice at home what you have seen in class that week (you can email it to the teacher for correction and the teacher will email it back). All this is included in the price of the classes.


All you have to do is email info@www.italianoallegro.com with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Your class will be cancelled and another reservation will be made for a class on another day that suits you. Please bear in mind that any message regarding the rescheduling of a class must be received during office opening hours (Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00 hours GMT +1). Classes that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice shall be charged for and therefore you will not be refunded. With ItalianoAllegro you can only cancel two classes per month. As of the third, the class fee will not be refunded.


If you decide that ItalianoAllegro is not for you email info@www.italianoallegro.com with, at least, 24 hours before your next class. If you have paid for a block of classes 80% of the amount paid will be refunded. The student is responsible for the charges for the transfer.

When the class is cancelled by ItalianoAllegro the student can choose between changing the class to another time or receiving a full refund.

If the break in communication is due to technical difficulties in the student´s computer or Internet connection ItalianoAllegro will try, the first time that this happens, to reschedule that class so that the student does not lose it. If it occurs, several times the student will lose these classes. If it is our system that fails, ItalianoAllegro will give you an extra class to make up for the missed class.
